Today sees the launch of Wessex Sinfonietta's Facebook page. This exciting Hampshire based Pro-Am chamber orchestra is definately worth following; not only is it formed of local players you may know, but it plays a wonderful mix of familiar and unfailiar works - it's suprising somtimes how even major composers like Beethoven and Mozart can have compositions that are less often heard! Their 2015 concert series includes Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven Stravinsky and Dvorak. Do take a look!

The Winchester Music and Arts Festival 2014 is almost upon us! The website is now live and the booking office is now open. As in previous years there is a wide range of music and literary events on offer, and Triangle Pianos will again be supporting the Lunchtime Concerts in St Lawrence's Church with the loan of a Challen Grand Piano.
Our own Paul Kibble will be involved in a festival concert on July 10th as a member of Southern Voices. The choir will be presenting a Shakespeare themed concert of music and readings. Details can be found on the festival website or on the choir's own website: www.southernvoices.hampshire.org.uk
